Framework agreement with Energinet.dk for the contingency repair of subsea cables

Energinet.dk has awarded a framework agreement to JD-Contractor A/S for the contingency repair of its subsea cables. The agreement covers all Energinet.dk subsea asserts in Denmark, among others the transmission systems and the export cables for all Danish Offshore Windfarms.

The agreement will run from September 2016 for a fixed period of five years with the possibility of extending the contract by a further three years.
 

JD-Contractor have a long working relationship with Energinet.dk in relation to cable repairs. We have assisted with various repairs during the last two decades. This includes repairs of Large Export Cables, oil filled flat type cables as well as small transmissions cables for islands etc.
