JD-Contractor A/S is owned by the Normann Andersen family.

Legally JD-Contractor A/S is a subsidiary company to G.N. Underwater Invest A/S which also controls our sister companies JD Crafts A/S that owns and operates the vessels chartered by JD-Contractor A/S as well as JD Real Estate ApS that owns offices and warehouse facilities rented out to among others JD-Contractor A/S.
